Trust email settings are a good way to protect your business. Let’s discuss where to find it and how it works.
Set it
In your business portfolio, transfer to the security center.
When your account is safe, you should pay attention to a few items. However, today we focus on trusted email settings.
Meta is described like this:
Persons with your trusted email network domain (such as your company’s email network domain) can be directly added to your business portfolio. Anyone who does not receive trusted networks needs to be approved by other administrators to access.
In other words, unless their email network domain matches these settings, people will not be added without approval.
After clicking “Open”, Meta will display the following:
After opening the trusted email network domain, anyone who adds to your account will need to be approved for the second administrator if you are not in your trusted network domain list.
Click “Open” again, you can add trusted e -mail network domains. Use enterprise network domains, not public email network domains such as Gmail and Yahoo.
You may need the last step to approve the request before the request takes effect. After being approved, you will see that the domain is listed as “activity”.
You can add more domains at any time or close it.
