Like any good activist organizer, we sent a post -after -to -after investigation to understand how to improve the experience of future conferences.
In general, we sent three post -investigations for different interests: participants, employees and sponsors.
Our activities can always improve. The best way to understand the needs and how to improve is to ask people who participate in your activities.
These are the investigation issues we sent to Ahrefs participants in 2024.

- Overall experience: How do you evaluate your overall experience at the meeting?
- Activity organization: How are you satisfied with the organization of the event (communication, registration, logistics, etc.)?
- Content and speaker: Which 5 speakers do you think are the most valuable or fascinating?
- How will you evaluate the quality of speeches and speakers?
- How do you evaluate the Internet opportunities during the event?
- Event venue and facilities: How satisfied with the venue and facilities?
- Event application/platform: How do you evaluate the experience of the application/platform?
- What do you like best for the meeting? Please share any highlights or specific aspects of your favorite activities
- What can future activities improve? Please share any suggestions for improving meetings
- Session correlation: How are the themes covered in the meeting related to your professional needs?
- Event length and pace: How do you evaluate the time of the meeting and the rhythm of the meeting?
- Exhibition and sponsors participate: How useful is the interaction between the exhibition booth and sponsors?
- Pre -event communication: How do you evaluate the communication of the activity (reminder, update, etc.)?
- Aftermath: If you provide it, how much do you have the possibility of post -event materials (videos, demonstrations, etc.)?
- Event duration and timetable: The event duration (one day, two days, etc.) is suitable for content?
- Takeaway usefulness: Do you leave the meeting with feasible insights or implementation strategies?
- Will you recommend this event to your colleagues? In the ratio of 1 to 10, how likely do you recommend that AhRefs evolved to colleagues or friends?
- What kind of content do you want to see in future activities?

Our team is part of the event preparation and the participants of the day it. Therefore, we also hope how to complete the matter internally.
These are the issues we send.

- Before the event: For those participating in the project, if you can share feedback on how to improve the preparation of the incident, including the relevant timetable, communication or any other logistical insights, it will be helpful.
- Event Day (Seminar 21-2 March 21): As the experience of participants/teams that support the event, you point out what effect and content that can be improved.
- On the day of the event (VIP Night Network Activity October 23): As the experience of participating/team that supports the event, you point out that effective methods and content that can be improved
- Meeting Day (October 24th to 25th): Please share your experience as a participant or the team members who support the event, and point out what the effect is good and what can be improved. Other areas to consider: event format/content and structure/participants participation/brand/stolen/logistics-food venue
- After the party! (October 25): Please share your experience as the participants, and pay attention to what the effect is very good, and the method that can be improved.
- Evolution Plan 2025: Any new idea that evolved in 2025, including potential positions
- Is there anything else?
These are the issues we sent to the company. We want to ensure that they have valuable experience, and we can even consider sponsoring us again in the next event.

- Is there any other suggestions to help us enhance the development of 2025?
- Can you provide a certificate or quote for us? We want to show you in event marketing materials.
It is meaningless to conduct a survey, without having to view the results and what to improve.
In our circumstances, we will average scores based on 5 -point issues. We also operated afterwards and discussed the qualitative feedback we received.

All of these will be integrated into Evolve’s planning and organization in 2025 (and later).
Why do you send a post -event investigation?
Your activities can always be improved. The best way to understand what to improve is to ask people who participate in your activities.
However, it is unrealistic to seek feedback from everyone (unless this is a small event). Therefore, the survey is an effective method, what is no and the best tool that can be adjusted next time.
When should you send it to investigate afterwards?
When everyone’s mind is still fresh, you need to send an investigation. For us, after the event, we sent an investigation immediately.
How do I conduct a post -afterwards?
Don’t think too much. All you need is:
- The contact information of your participantsIf you use event management software to help buy tickets and registration, you should have it.
- Survey toolEssence If the event software you use allows polls and investigations, consider using it. Otherwise, the Google form is effective (what do we use.)
What types should you include post -investigation issues?
For our survey, we used it:
- The issue of Locker scale Satisfaction satisfaction in scale (for example, 1 to 5)
- Population statistics Understand our audience
- Multiple choice questions Let our respondents choose from the selection
- Open issue Let the participants tell us in detail that they like it, dislike or what we can improve
- Clean promoter score (NP) problem Knowing how the possibility they recommend Ahrefs
