Now, most affected profiles show accurate ratings and comments. However, despite significant progress, some profiles may still experience temporary lower counts. These profiles should return to pre-issued levels in the next few days. Due to this issue, no comments were posted. If your review count has not returned to this question a few days ago, please contact support. ”
What’s wrong?
A failure caused the local business profile review to be completely removed or showed less than normal. This causes great trouble because businesses rely on their good reputation for the business, which makes it harder for consumers to tell whether to visit a store, a restaurant or a service.
